This happens several times a week.

It looks like the database is corrupted. Does it happen if you delete webalizer.db and process the log files again?

I deleted the db and rebuilt it and I still get the error.

Can you run SSW from the command line and make sure all paths are correct and the right database is being used? Also, when you run it under your credentials, see if Dr.Watson warning comes up. If it does, run drwtsn32 from the command line and make note of the path where the crash dump is created. Once SSW crashes, grab that crash dump and send a link where I can pick it up to support@stonesteps.ca. Don't post it here.

It ran without error for quite a while. This morning it had errored again. When I tried to run it manually I got this:

I didn't see anything about drwatson.

Ok, so SSW is complaining about the DNS database, not the main state database. Have you tried deleting the DNS cache file? I suspect that it got corrupted some time ago and SSW runs fine until the data around the corrupt region is requested.
