How to a report that has log files from two different locations

I have log files from two different locations that I want in one report. They are from two different sites so the log file names are the same. This is the format ex100101.log for both sites.
Is this possible? I'm very new to Stone Step Webalizer so forgive me if this is a obvious thing.

SSW doesn't support merging multiple log files (usually produced by load-balanced servers). You would need to use a third-party log merger and then analyze combined log files.

Sorry, I haven't used any log merge tools myself and can't advise. When you pick one, make sure that the final log is properly sorted by date/time.
